Sunday, September 19th - Party at Club Safari

3:00pm - Competitors arrive at the Palm Beach Gardens Marroitt and check in.

11:00pm - ??? BarWars V In-theBiz Party at Club Safari located in the Palm Beach Gardens Marroitt. $3.00 and $4.00 Drinks all night long followed by a Wet T-shirt contest. Also its Martin Janica's Birthday!

Monday , September 20th - Meet and Greet

8:00pm - Meet and Greet at Club Safari with open Bar promoting the Sponsors.

9:00pm - BarWars V meeting with Questions and Answers.

Tuesday , September 21st - Qualifying Day

11:00am - Event staff arrive at Club Safari to prepare for event .

1:00pm - Competitors arrive at Club Safari and those not checked in can check in.

2:00pm - Competitor Question and Answers.

3:00pm - Qualifying Round commences.

10:00pm - Qualifying Rounds finish.

10:30pm - Finalsts announced.

11:00pm -Post Party at the Improv Comedy Club and Blue Martini.

Wednesday , September 22nd - Finals

2:00pm - Event staff arrive at Club Safari to prepare for event.

4:00pm - BarWars V Finalsts and Judges arrive at Club Safari.

4:30pm - Finalsts Question and Answers.

5:00pm - Finalists Speed/Accuracy rounds start.

9:00pm - Doors open to the public.

9:30pm - BarWars V Intro.

10:00pm - Finalist Flair/Accuracy rounds start.

2:00am - Finals completed.

2:45am - Winners announced.

2:46am - Judges drink.
