As
the Director of Sales and Marketing for Flairco Inc., I am responsible
for the promotion of Flairco products into over 100 countries
around the world. As well, I have helped build our international network
of distributors that now spans over 20 countries. I was once
a competitive flair bartender, but now I focus my efforts on the
business aspect of Flair Bartending. I enjoy assisting others
entering the world of Flair Bartending and I am often called
upon by industry sources and the media for my unique insight into the
sport of Flair.
As a representative for Flairco, I travel to numerous international bartending competitions, trade shows and other special events each year. I became involved as a judge at Flair Bartending competitions because of my experience at these events and my exposure to so many different Flair Bartenders. |

I have been bartending and flipping
bottles for six years. I first started with TGI Fridays in the
UK and have since worked around the world. I now reside in Las Vegas,
the Flair Bartending Capital of the World, where I am proud to be a part
of the Skyy Vodka Flair Bartending Extreme Team
God Squad working behind
the Bar at Kahunaville inside T.I., Las Vegas.
I have been fortunate to have made the finals in the last five world Flair bartending championships that I have competed. Through Flair bartending I have had many opportunities and wonderful experiences. I have traveled far and met fantastic people who all share a common passion - Flair! |

Brian
Loukmas |
Of the 16 years that I've been in the Bar business, I've spent 11 years bartending and 6 of those years Flairing. I've worked for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, went through Showtenders training to open the original Bahama Breeze and put in a few years with Bar Starz doing openings, teaching Flair, developing drinks and putting on competitions. Now, for the past few years I ran "The Battle of the Bartenders" competition at various locations around Orlando. The concept was first thought up by Brenda Anderson while Bartending on a slow Wednesday night and trying to think of what they could do to increase Bar sales. The competition was very successful for the next couple of years, growing from a "locals thing" to a draw for competitors from all over the country and even a few international players! But it never lost its "locals" feel, or the spirit of fun and entertainment that started it in the first place. Nowadays, I work for Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine - the company that owns Malibu (everyone's favorite to flip!). We also own - or in a few cases, own the rights to - Stoli, Sauza, Beefeater, Kahlua, Maker's Mark, Canadian Club, Courvoisier, Hiram Walker Cordials, Fruja and Midori... just to name a few! But I plan to still be involved in Flair and support the growth and development of Flair for a long time. Every major competition still feels like a big family reunion where you see your friends from all over the world that you haven't seen in a long time, and have a lot of drinks while catching up on old times. I hope the flair world will stay a family, where everyone helps each other out and continues to share new ideas and have fun. |

I started tending bar when I was 22
years old, I loved bartending so much that it eventually became my career. I
worked for such establishments as TGI Fridays, Dick
Clarks American Bandstand Grill, Joe's Crab
Shack, and too many local clubs to list. I am presently
working and teaching Flair at the Seminole Hard
Rock Casino in Hollywood
Fl. I didn't get into flair until 1998 when I saw Rob "Tinman" Ford juggling tins in Islamorada at Bartenders Bash. I swore I would learn to Flair and compete the following year, which I did. My first competition after Flairing for about 6 weeks, was Quest for the Best Bartender in Orlando. After that I was hooked. I was able to compete for several years and enjoyed the rush and the camaraderie amongst the competitors. Although I no longer compete, due to time restraints, I stay involved by teaching and coaching, and still learning, as well as judging competitions whenever possible. I have Judged several of the BarWars comps as well as the last 2 competitions held in Islamorada by Legend Bill Long. I really enjoy seeing where Flair is going, and how it has grown in the past few years. I've had many great bartenders teach me along the way, and I hope I can return the favor by helping others as they begin their careers as Flair Bartenders. |

I have been in the bar and club business for more than 10 years. Working everything from barback to manager from West Palm Beach to Orlando. I have been to numerous competitions around the country seeing both the good and bad in them. I am a part owner in Lucid Vision. A company that does consulting work for restaurants, night clubs, bars and hotels. As well as providing a spotter and secret shopping service. Of all the competitions I have been to I have always enjoyed BarWars the most and feel it is the premiere Competition in South Florida. This being said I am very happy to be a part of helping it grow. |
