7:00pm - Competitors arrive at Blue Martini and check in.

7:30pm - Competitor Question and Answers.

8:00pm - Doors open to the public.

8:01pm - Competitor Green Screen Interviews and Pictures.

9:30pm - Competitor intros.

9:45pm - Flair Bartenders Shakedown Contest commences.

1:00am - Announce Standings.

1:30am - Post Party.
