"Flair Bartenders Shakedown"

This was the start of something wicked! The Flair Bartenders Shakedown is the first Flair bartending competition based entirely around Working Flair. Accuracy, Mixology and Flair all in one round... Amazing! It was a concept that the Flair bartenders embraced with open arms, stalls, shadow passes and free pours.

1st Place

Martin Janica finished with top honors this month. He had a silky smooth style and presence that helped connect him with the crowd and the judges.

His working Flair was fun, followed by a three bottle juggle and a open bottle of Budweiser on his head made for an entertaining round. Click on Martin's picture to the right to see a highlight of his round.

2nd Place

Nicolas Antivero finished in second place and also qualifies to come back on the finals. Nico had a solid round but some obvious spills early in his round and a missing drink kept him from first place honors.

Still putting on an incredible show and rocking the house... the man held his head up high in true sportsmanship fashion.

Also rounding out third place was Ceasar Romero. You can tell he has been practicing for this event. Ceasar is one of the local favorites and will try his luck next month at the 2nd qualifier.

Taking this months honorable mention was James Burke who flew in from Boston, landed in West Palm Beach and ran straight to the stage to compete. He was a little jet lagged and perhaps next time will have more time to warm up. We can't wait to see everybody in action next month. Great job guys!
