4:00pm - Event staff arrive at Blue Martini to prepare for event.

6:00pm - Competitors arrive at Blue Martini and check in.

6:30pm - Competitor Question and Answers.

8:00pm - Doors open to the public.

9:15pm - Competitor intros.

9:30pm - Flair Bartenders Shakedown Contest commences.

2:00am - Announce Standings.

2:30am - Post Party.
