It's that time again! This two round one day open bartender competition takes place at Blue Martini West Palm Beach, FL. This is a fun Flair competition with emphasis on Working Flair and testing a Flair Bartender in a true working environment. We start on on Monday December 18th and continue on the third Monday of every month where the drink list will continuously change from month to month. Where competitors will pick random drinks from the "Master Drink List" and be required to make the drinks with the best of their abilities using their best Working Flair. All of that and...

1st Place - $3,000.00 + Trophy

2nd Place - $1,500.00 + Trophy

3rd Place - $500.00 + Trophy

4th Place - $250.00 + Trophy

5th Place - $125.00 + Trophy

6th place - Prize Package + Trophy

7th place - Prize Package + Trophy

8th place - Prize Package + Trophy

9th place - Prize Package + Trophy

10th place - Prize Package + Trophy

Mixology, Flair and Accuracy all in one round! We have all done blind speed rounds but imagine a competition based all around a blind Working Flair round... we will shakedown the competition to see who is the best Flair bartender in a true working bar environment. This event will be full of fun, Flair and features. Join us for the "Flair Bartenders Shakedown" at Blue Martini every 3rd Monday of the month building up to the Finals on Monday June 18th 2007.

The top two competitors each month along with two "Wild Cards" will advance to the finals on June 18th 2007 to see who is the best overall Working Flair Bartender.

Registration is $50.00 for FBA Members and $100.00 for Non FBA Members. Registration dues covers that event date only.
