OFFICIAL COMPETITION GUIDELINES
Round One - Speed / Accuracy Round 200 Points
The Bar will be reset after each contestant and the only things that can be rearranged are the Store-n-pours and the bottles in the well. Everything else including the Bar top must NOT be rearranged. Each contestant will be asked to prepare the same six drinks and open one beer and pour into a pint glass as well as free pour three drinks to be measured using an Exacto-pour. The emcee will read the list of drinks, then drop it into a guest check holder in front of the contestant and say "GO".
