Mike McLean is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Flairco.com, as well as the Vice President of the Flair Bartenders' Association (FBA). A former competitive Flair bartender, Mike now focuses on the business aspect of Flair bartending with product sales and special events. As one of only a handful of FBA Certified Master Judges, Mike is part of the judging panel for most international, national and regional level Flair bartending competitions. He is the driving force behind the FBA Advanced Tour and offer judging seminars like the one at Mixology Matters for bartenders of all skill levels to learn how to better compete.
