Dean Serneels is the inventor of the Flairco brand of bottles, training DVD’s and bartender products. He is an award winning Mixologist and Flair bartender that has shared his innovative bartender training programs with literally 1000's of bartenders from around the world. Serneels has appeared on National Commercials, the Food Network and on CMT's Search for the Ultimate Coyote. Tapping into his experience as a comedian and professional magician, Serneels promises to add elements of entertainment to each presentation that he does.

Serneels recently became the Director of Beverage Applications for American Beverage Marketers and is now in charge of their cocktail development and training programs.
