Cesar Romero Born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1972, at age of 16 I made my first drink (Piña Colada) with fresh ingredients, at age of 19 I joined the Culinary Institute in Caracas where I got my Barman and Cook certification, thru the years I've worked in many different types of restaurants and bars learning about different tendencies, flavors an techniques, in 1999 I moved to USA, Miami Beach and I started working in a high volume night club serving a huge variety of patrons including celebrities, from that moment I feel the necessity of improve my career learning from the best.

I got into Flair in 2003 after watching a food networking channel competition called WFBC World Flair Bartending Championship and names like Alan Mays, Ken Hall, Christian Delpech amazed me to the point that I have to buy my first Flairco bottle. After attempting many Flair competitions like BarWars, Quest, Nations, Summer Flair and many others I decided to move to mixology comps and start to achieve other awards like Marie Brizard, Chivas Regal, Finlandia, Ty Ku and Midori, Absolut and Finest Call, Amarula and the big hit... Top America's Bartender from Absolut.

My experience have been so rich and grateful. I am now ready to start the English Gin Connoisseur program with Plymouth and Beefeater 24 Gin with Simon Ford, Dan Warner, Tim Master and Rudy Aguero. Another grand experience that helps me to reach a wonderful knowledge and help me to meet great people, bartenders, enthusiastic and great friends. One thing is for sure... My glass will never be empty because I always will fulfill it with this extensive ways of life...
