OFFICIAL COMPETITION FLAIR RULES

The contest shall be based on a point system, with a total of one thousand (1000) points (1005 with Bonus) available to each bartender. Points may be accumulated during one round of competition with a fixed maximum number of points per round:

The contest shall be based on a point system, with a total of one hundred and sixty (160) points available to each bartender. Points may be accumulated during one round of competition with a fixed maximum number of points per round:

MIXOLOGY & FLAIR

-All Mixology Competitors need to be at Doraku in Brickel by the main bar at Noon Friday May 15th 2015.

-All Flair Competitors need to be at Doraku in Brickel by the main stage at 3pm Friday May 15th 2015.

-There will be a penalty for showing up late that will be revealed at the competitor meeting (Don't be late).

-Competitors for Mixology & Flair need to supply everything they need for their cocktail that is not included on the product list in the rules. Including but not limited to glassware, trays, specialty ice, mixes, spirits, garnishes, etc...
