It's that time again! This three round two day open bartender competition takes place at Club Safari in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is a fun Flair competition with emphasis on Flair & Mixlogy. First we start on Monday September 20th with the qualifying Fast Tender rounds, qualifying Flair Trick rounds and qualifying Flair rounds. Then on Tuesday September 21st during the day we have the "Mixology Matters" Cocktail Convention complete with tastings, seminars, the "Flair Trick Contest Semi-Finals" Where competitors will basically compete against each other using their best Flair tricks to knock out the competition until we have one winner. Summer Flair " is shaping up to be a huge event with alot of other events coinciding with it as well. First off the "Mixology Matters! Cocktail Conference" during the day of the Summer Flair 5 finals on Tuesday September 21st is "Helping bring the craft of the cocktail and the art of Flair bartending together". Bringing Mixologists, Brands and Flair Bartenders all under one roof for some drinks and an exchange of ideas. Complete with Seminars, Samplings, Contests and more.

The official Midori Kick-Off Party will be Sunday September 19th after the Summer Flair 5 Meet & Greet inside "Club Safari" the host venue for our event. Complete with signature Midori Cocktails, Wet T-shirt contes, Mixology Contest & more!

Doors open to the Public at 1pm on Tuesday September 21st for the "Mixology Matters" Cocktail Conference and the Summer Flair 5 Pre-Party with FREE DRINKS at 6pm in the "Mixology Matters" Main Hall located inside the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott.

Registration is $350.00 for FBA Advanced Division and $400.00 for the FBA Pro Division. Registration includes 3 night stay dual occupancy at the SFBC5 Host Hotel Marriott in Plam Beach Gardens, Florida! There will be a $25.00 fee excessed for non FBA Premium members.
