Competition Itinerary

Sunday September 21st 2008

4:00pm - Competitors and staff check into the Marriott.

5:00pm - Event Staff arrive at the banquet room in the Marriott.

6:00pm - Meet & Greet in the banquet room of the Marriott (Salon Room C) along with Competitor Video Interviews and Photos.

9:00pm - Judges Meeting/ Mini Certification (2 hours).

12:00am - After Party at Club Safari.

Monday September 22nd 2008

NOON - Event staff arrive at Club Safari to prepare for event.

3:00pm - Competitors arrive at Club Safari and check in.

3:30pm - Competitor Question and Answers.

4:00pm - Flair trick Contest, Accuraccy round & Qualifying Flair rounds commence.

11:00pm - Announce Standings.

11:10pm - Competitor meeting.

11:15pm - Post Party & Dinner.

Tuesday September 23rd 2008

3:00pm - Event staff arrive at Club Safari to prepare for event.

5:00pm - Competitors arrive at Club Safari.

5:30pm - Competitor Video Interviews and Photos.

8:00pm - Doors open to the public.

8:30pm - Flair Trick Finals.

9:00pm - Tandem Shows.

9:30pm - Advanced Division Finalists

10:00pm - Pro Competitor intros.

10:15pm - Pro Division Finalists.

1:30am - Awards ceremony.

2:00am - Post Party.
