Molly McSweeney got her start in hospitality at the age of 14, and with the exception of a few sales jobs along the way has stuck with it to become a Swiss army knife of the service industry. With 8 years’ experience behind the stick, and 7 years as a freelance promotional model/brand ambassador, Molly is a member of the USBG National selection committee, the former Vice President of USBG Cleveland, a self-proclaimed Gypsy Consultant/Bartender extraordinaire, and Co- Founder of Cocktail Week Cleveland where she remains Executive Director.

Very active in the USBG community, Molly has made many friends and contacts over the years that allow her the opportunity to teach classes, take part in educational conferences, and bartend for various companies and events all over the country. As every bartender should, Molly likes to share her experiences and life lessons with others within the Hospitality Community in efforts to help nurture the individuals that seek out further education and engage the newcomers of this ever expanding Industry.
